When we first arrived at Leadership Camp, many of us felt a little daunted. The schedule was packed with conferencing and networking, and it was hard to know what to expect. But we found so much more than just a series of workshops. Throughout the camp, our leadership team grew in ways we never imagined...

We strengthened our friendships, deepened our faith, and developed a real sense of teamwork. The challenges we faced and our discussions pushed us to think deeply about what it truly means to lead and to know God.

For me, this experience has been one of the most impactful of my life. The lessons I’ve learned—about leadership, service, and trust—will stay with me for years. More than that, I’ve walked away with a renewed sense of confidence in myself and the incredible team around me.

As we step into the year ahead, we do so with assurance in our vision for the college, our team’s strength, and, most importantly, in God’s guidance. We’re excited for what’s to come and ready to lead with purpose.
