Year 10 Girls Camp

After the disappointment of having our Girls Camp cancelled on the day we were due to go in Term 1, anticipation and excitement was high as we finally boarded the bus in the last week of Term 3. 

With three groups tackling Mt Barney and one group taking on Mt Maroon, we set off to explore the glorious wilderness of the Scenic Rim. The weather was exceptionally kind to us and all groups were able to summit their respective mountains. 

These hikes are not for the faint-hearted and we were all taken out of our comfort zones. But the incredible views, the sense of achievement and the many laughs had along the way made it all worth it.
