The Year Two students have been learning about The Pyjama Foundation and their work with foster children this year. They have volunteers called ‘Pyjama Angels’ who spend one hour a week playing educational games, reading books aloud, and helping children with homework.

Year Two students have been raising money for The Pyjama Foundation through a Read-a-thon as part of our missions focus. Our goal was to raise $1000 so the Pyjama Angels could have books and other resources to use when visiting the children they help. To help us celebrate our missions’ giving and reading goals, the Year Two students dressed in their pyjamas on National Pyjama Day, 22 July.

We're excited to announce that Year 2 raised a total of $2593.90 for the Pyjama Foundation.
