The Mini Marketing Team, an initiative of Junior School, is about capturing moments of Junior School events. The team engages in skills like: photography, interviewing, podcasting and videoing. So far this year, events captured include sports carnivals and Under 8’s Day. Being part of the Mini Marketing Team allows us to gain experience in using a variety of technologies. It lets us capture the happiest moments here at school.

This year, Mini Marketers have been involved in the Junior School Breakfast, Bandanas & Bubbles for the Brave, Under 8’s Day, and the Prep-2 and 3-6 Athletic Carnivals, with many more events to come. The Mini Marketers consist of around 20 Grade 6 students who came together last term to complete a Podcasting Course with Mr Devlin.

We learned how to take photographs correctly, get great angles when shooting a video, interviewing skills, write articles, and promote upcoming events.

We all love being part of this special Team.
