Innovation Day was a time of excitement and experimentation for our Year 3 to 6 students. The students engaged in a variety of STEM activities such as: coding with Makey Makey’s or Blue Bots, Science experiments, and parachute or board game design. Students worked collaboratively to solve problems and investigative design-based tasks including launching rockets off the oval, experiments with dry ice, programming Lego Robotic caterpillars and creating a 3D future city that students later walked through using VR goggles. Thank you to parent helpers for your enthusiastic assistance. This day has created lasting memories for our future engineers, scientists, and computer experts.
