Students in the Year 10 Social Science class recently went on an overnight trip to the Emu Gully Campsite to undertake activities which simulated the experience of soldiers serving in World War Two. The students re-enacted the Siege of Tobruk, transported themselves across a precarious bridge over the River Kwai and carried cargo along a replica Kokoda Trail. Overall, the students demonstrated great teamwork, resilience and gained a deeper appreciation for the experience of Australian soldiers in World War Two.
