The Australian Mathematics Competition, run by Australian Mathematics Trust, is an international competition with more than 30 countries participating. Entrants solve 30 problems in 75 minutes, with the problems getting more challenging as the competition progresses. With certificates of achievement and prizes up for grabs, this competition challenges our maths students and provides valuable enrichment to the curriculum. Northside Christian College entered a group of year 7 and 8 students in the Junior Competition and we completed the online version. Congratulations to all those who participated.
