Family Administration Day 2025
8 am - 4 pm Wednesday, 22 January
We extend a special invitation to all new Northside families to join us for Family Administration Day. Existing Northside families are also welcome to attend Family Administration Day, but it is not mandatory as all services can be completed online. At Family Administration Day, you can speak to service staff (Bus, Music, OSHC, Fees, Library) and collect textbooks, Chromebooks and collect pre-ordered uniforms.
What to bring:
- Medical Action Plan (if applicable)
- Completed Computer Permission forms (Years 3 -12 students and parents)
- Bag for carrying heavy textbooks (Secondary students)

- Outside School Hours Care - or sign up online (Open to Prep - Year 6 students)
- Instrumental Music Program - or sign up online

College Main Reception

Uniform Shop (New location in J Block, access from the Oval)
- Fittings by appointment only - book online
Secondary Library
- Collect textbooks - Years 7 to12
- Collect Chromebook - Years 7 and 10 (
- Don't forget to complete your Computer Permission forms (Years 3 -12 students and parents)
2025 Northside Christian College Start Dates
Below is the information regarding new student orientation and start dates, organised by year levels.
New Student Orientation Years 1 - 12
Years 1 to 6
8:30 am to 10:30 am on Tuesday, 28 January 2025. Students must attend in a full formal uniform.
Year 7
Year 7 Orientation: 8:30 am - 10:30 am on Tuesday, 28 January 2025, at the Lecture Theatre. Students must wear a formal uniform. Pick up from the Middle School Courtyard
Year 8 & 9
8:30 am to 10:30 am on Tuesday, 28 January 2025, at the Middle School Courtyard. All new Year 8 and Year 9 students are to attend orientation. Students must wear a formal uniform. Pick up at 10:30 am.
Years 10 & 11
8:30 am to 10:30 am, Tuesday, 28 January 2025, at Music Room 2 in the CINC building. Students must wear formal school uniforms.
Prep First Day of School
Prep students
Prep Connect Event Friday, 24 January 2025, from 8:00 - 9:30 am at the Prep Building. All Prep families are warmly invited to connect with their Prep teacher and visit their classroom for 2025 to begin their journey.
Prep Group 1
- Tuesday, 28 January 2025, from 8:30 am – 12:00 pm. Students will need a packed morning tea but leave at lunchtime.
- Thursday, 30 January 2025, from 8:30 am – 2:45 pm. Students will need a packed morning tea and lunch.
Prep Group 2
- Wednesday, 29 January 2025, from 8:30 am – 12:00 pm. Students will need a packed morning tea but leave at lunchtime.
- Friday, 31 January 2025, from 8:30 am – 2:45 pm. Students will need a packed morning tea and lunch.
Years 1 - 12 First Day of School
Years 1 - 12
Years 1 to 6: Wednesday, 29 January, from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm.
Years 7-9: 8:30 am Wednesday, 29 January 2025, at the Church Auditorium. All new and existing students will commence a full day of classes
Years 10 & 11: Wednesday, 29 January 2025, at 8.30 am, Year 10 - College Hall, Year 11 - Lecture Theatre. Year 11 students can take their bags to the CINC lockers on the ground level and then proceed to the Lecture Theatre for a Year Level Assembly. Year 10 students can take their bags to the C block lockers and then go to College Hall
Year 12: Tuesday, 28 January 2025, 8 am - 8:30 am meeting at the CINC Kitchen. Full day of classes finishing at 3:15 pm.
